EL&EN Design Company was founded in 1998 by Azerbaijan Honoured Architect, a full member of International Academy of Architecture of East’s Countries, professor of International Academy of Architecture (UNESCO), holder of Shohrat order Gasim-zada Elbay Anvar and Master of International Law Gasim-zada Anvar Elbay.
